A unique and convenient  events venue in the Abingtons

Our antique barn and its picturesque plantyard, informal walking gardens, stone walls and floors, and distant mountain views must be seen. The mood and sights change with the seasons but are always special.  Partner with one of our caterers and we'll work together to
make your event a special occasion.

The best part is that this beauty is minutes from downtown Clarks Summit,  Scranton, and  many of the towns in the Northeastern Pennsylvania area. It's convenient to exits for both Route 81 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and many places offering lodging and dining.

We can host parties, showers, weddings and other events in our unique venue. Check out some pictures here and call for appointment or just come see in person.

The place for PARTIES
The building and grounds are replete with many custom touches creating a mood unavailable elsewhere in the greater Scranton area.
One of a kind welded rebar iron railing
Our adjacent plantyard changes throughout the year. It's framed by great stone walls. Plants are displayed on huge one of a kind stone tables.
Our bordering gardens also vary throughout the year. They are particularly showy in late summer and early fall. Guests can stroll the stone and grass paths through them
The covered rear porch, called the Rebar Room, overlooks the plant yard and gardens. It can seat about 150 or a few more depending on service and table choices. Its dramatic stone and brick is truly unique.
This covered porch area is the entry to the barn. It can be incorporated in the event plan.
The barn can be made available for small events like meetings and parties, or as an optional extension of the banquet area on the rear porch (the Rebar Room).
The rear porch area also known as the "Rebar Room", overlooks the plant space, bordering walking gardens, distant fields, woods, and mountains.
Walking gardens are accessable from the plant area and provide a view of nearby fields, woods and
mountains in the distance.
The building as viewed from the rear parking. The Rebar Room is to the rear, with entry between the two roofs on the right. The barn's front porch and entry are to the top right.
